WOODBURY AT EDMONDS
ABOUT US
Woodbury at Edmonds, a planned community of 26 craftsman style homes debuted in 2002. Offering a serene and convenient lifestyle just minutes from major shopping areas, downtown Edmonds and the Edmonds-Kingston Ferry, nearly all residences were initially sold by the end of 2003. With a setting of quaint cul-de-sacs accessible only by a non-thoroughfare road entrance, the tranquility of the community was further enhanced by exclusive common area green space amenities such as a recreation lot with toddler slide-swing playset, a shared community garden plot and circle picnic/basketball roundabout.
Over the years, the Woodbury at Edmonds Homeowners Association (HOA) with the guidance of the principles of its founding Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R’s) have enabled physical improvements, replacements and maintenance of the common areas and has served to guide homeowner conduct that continues to ensure the vitality, comfort, safety, enjoyment, and value of the community. A robust home improvement approval review process, and a common area landscape maintenance oversight process has preserved the neighborhood aesthetics.
The Woodbury Group Me text tree gives our residents the ability to instantly text communicate with all our members simultaneously in cases of urgent community concerns. From our volunteer driven annual business and social meeting, Halloween children’s parade, and random pop-up gatherings, there are many opportunities to engage personally with fellow residents and families.
Finally, this website provides all homeowners and residents with the blueprint for the enjoyment and preservation of value that makes our Woodbury at Edmonds, “a great place to live”. Welcome to Woodbury at Edmonds!
